These terms and conditions apply to all memberships, sessions, and services provided by The Sweat Box, both for group classes and personal training.

1. Memberships & Duration

All memberships are based on either a 6-month or 12-month agreement, starting from the date of your first booked session, unless otherwise agreed. By signing up, you agree to the full duration of the selected contract.

2. Membership Renewal & Cancellation

  • Memberships automatically renew for the same term unless you cancel at

least 1 month before the end date of your current contract.

  • Cancellation must be done via email: info.thesweatbox@gmail.com

  • Early (mid-contract) cancellation is not possible, except in specific cases (see section 4).

3. Freezing Memberships

• 6-month membership: freeze up to 1 month, once per 6 months.

• 12-month membership: freeze up to 2 months, twice per year.

• Freezing applies to both group classes and personal training.

• Requests must be made by email before the intended freeze period begins.

4. Valid Exceptions for Early Cancellation or Extended Freeze

Exceptions may be granted in the following cases, with proper documentation:

• Relocation abroad (proof of employment or study)

• Financial hardship (with written explanation)

• Serious illness or hospitalization (doctor’s note)

• Pregnancy or long-term internship abroad (with proof) Each case will be reviewed individually.

5. Missed Classes & Catch-Up Policy

• Clients must inform us in advance of any planned absence (e.g., vacation, medical leave).

• Missed classes can be caught up before or after your absence, within a reasonable time frame.

• Unreported absences or no-shows cannot be rescheduled or refunded.

6. Session Cancellations

• Personal training sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.

• Group classes must be cancelled at least 12 hours in advance via Eversports. • Late cancellations or no-shows will be counted as used sessions and are non-refundable.

7. Payments & Responsibility

• All payments must be made in advance via Eversports or by invoice, where applicable.

• Membership fees are non-refundable except in cases listed under section 4.

8. Liability

All training is at your own risk. The Sweat Box and its trainers are not liable for any injuries, losses or damages arising during or after participation, unless caused by proven gross negligence.

Your personal data is handled with care and in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
